Our Fees
First Payment
€250 per educator, due when the educator receives their first paycheck after arriving in Ireland
Second Payment
An additional €250 per educator, due when the educator receives their sixth paycheck or completes their sixth month with your company, provided they are still employed at that time.

I’m Nacho, a 25-year-old educator who has worked for over two years in various roles and positions at a childcare center in Ireland.
Soon after I started documenting my experience on social media, I realized just how many Spanish educators were interested in living the same experience I had. So, after finishing my own adventure, I began collaborating with different companies in Dublin to recruit educators, helping and connecting those eager to experience what I had, while also supporting companies facing staff shortages at various times of the year.
And that’s how NBDUCA Recruitment was born.
How We Work?
We have a team of over a thousand Spanish educators interested in experiencing life and working in an educational center in Ireland. All of them are qualified with degrees in Primary Education and Early Childhood Education, and have at least an intermediate level of English, ranging from intermediate to advanced.
Irish educational companies only need to inform us month by month of how many vacancies or positions they need to fill, and we take care of the rest. We perform an initial screening to ensure they are strong candidates, and then, depending on the profile required, we arrange an interview with the company.
Once hired, we work closely with the company on the paperwork, reducing their workload and providing assistance in the native language to help navigate the process.
